Second Semester Competition Series: Terms and Conditions

  1. This offer is open to any and all members of Varsity Vibe.
  2. Only one entry per person per day.
  3. A valid entry is when a Varsity Vibe member has:
    • Followed Varsity Vibe on Instagram
    • Taken a screenshot of the competition pic that’s on our Varsity Vibe Instagram Page
    • Then they have posted it on their “My Story” and tagged us (@varsityvibesa) in the post.
  4. An entrant’s Instagram profile must be public for entry to be counted.
  5. Directors, employees, agents of/or consultants to us or the company marketing this competition for us and their immediate family members (parents, children, brothers and sisters), spouse(s), life partners, business partners and associates are excluded from this competition.
  6. If you have won a competition which Varsity Vibe has facilitated within the last 21 days, you may not participate in this competition.
  7. The prize is a Palladium voucher to the value of R1200.
  8. The vouchers can only be used at any Palladium store in the Republic of South Africa and can only be used to the value of R1200. Should the purchase cost more than R1200, the difference is payable by the customer.
  9. The offer is not transferable, for sale or re-sale or redeemable for cash.
  10. The competition starts on 18 December 2018 at 00:01 and ends on 22 December 2018 at 12:00.
  11. The prize winner(s) will be notified via Instagram by no later than 22 December 2018.
  12. The winner must provide their valid referral code to claim prize.
  13. We will try contact the winners a maximum of three times within 6 hours of selection before selecting a new winner(s).
  14. Should a prize winner not claim the prize within 3 weeks of the date of notification, the prize will be awarded to the next eligible winner.
  15. The winners’ names and/or photographs will be published in our monthly newsletter, social media and other marketing material unless requested otherwise in writing.
  16. We reserve the right to change the prize(s) without notice to you.
  17. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
