- The account of the entrant needs to be public for the entry to be considered ‘valid’.
- Directors, employees, agents of/or consultants to us or the company marketing this competition for us and their immediate family members (parents, children, brothers and sisters), spouse(s), life partners, business partners and associates are excluded from this competition.
- If you have won a competition which Varsity Vibe has facilitated within the last 21 days, you may not participate in this competition.

- The prize winner(s) will be notified via Instagram.
- We will try contact the winners a maximum of three times within 24 hours of selection before selecting a new winner(s).
- Should a prize winner not provide the information needed to co-ordinate getting the prize to the winner within 3 days of the date of notification, the prize will be awarded to the next eligible winner.
- The winners’ names and/or photographs will be published in our monthly newsletter, social media and other marketing material unless requested otherwise in writing.
