This offer is open to any and all members of Varsity Vibe:
Member has signed up for Varsity Vibe and has a valid Varsity Vibe referral code.
Each member can only enter the competition once.
A valid entry is when a Varsity Vibe member has both:
Created a Varsity Vibe membership
Verified their student status on the Varsity Vibe app/website
Directors, employees, agents of/or consultants to us or the company marketing this competition for us and their immediate family members (parents, children, brothers and sisters), spouse(s), life partners, business partners and associates are excluded from this competition.
The prize is one Sony PlayStation 5 console valued at R9,999.99.
The offer is not transferable, for sale or re-sale or redeemable for cash.
The competition starts on 10 October 2020 at 00:00 and ends on 31 October 2020 at 23:59. No entries will be accepted after this time.
The prize winner(s) will be notified via email and/or social media by no later than 4 November 2020.
The winner must provide their valid referral code, email address and to claim the prize.
We will try contact the winners a maximum of three times within 2 days of selection before selecting a new winner.
The winners’ names and/or photographs will be published in our monthly newsletter, social media and other marketing material, unless requested otherwise in writing.
We reserve the right to change the prize(s) without notice to you.
The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Disqualification of winner: There are certain situations in which the winner will be disqualified from receipt of his/her prize, namely: (i) he/she fails to provide the necessary information (see above) within 24 hours of it being requested by us for the second time; (ii) he/she is found to have contravened any other rule set out herein; or (iii) in anticipation of delivery of the PS5 Prize, he/she refuses to or cannot provide reasonably sufficient documentation to verify his/her identity. In the event of disqualification of a particular winner, we will be entitled in our sole discretion to select another winner from amongst the competition participants.
Unforeseen events: In the event of unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond our reasonable control, we reserve the right to cancel this competition (before entries are received), to change the number or nature of the prize at any time (on notice to you), or to change the rules at our discretion (provided that we will not change the conditions for participation or conditions for being awarded the particular prize, as stated herein).
