This competition (“competition”) is organised and run by Telkom SA SOC Ltd (Registration Number 1991/005476/30), a listed company duly registered in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, with its registered address at Telkom Park, Centurion in partnership with Bludoor Market, with its registered address at 2 Cedar Avenue West, Fourways and Varsity Vibe with its registered address at WeWork, 173 Oxford road, Rosebank
This offer is open to anyone who qualifies as set out in 3 below;
A valid entry is when the entrant has: – To between the age of 18-24 years – Signed-up for Varsity Vibe Premium membership – Purchased any Telkom data and voice deal on the Telkom microsite, via Varsity Vibe portal – Uploaded a screenshot of the successful purchase to the Facebook page of the relevant radio station or as a Instagram story, with the hashtag: #MavericksofMonate
Directors, employees, agents of/or consultants of Telkom or the company marketing this competition for us and their immediate family members (parents, children, brothers and sisters), spouse(s), life partners, business partners and associates are excluded from this competition.
Each prize winner will receive: – 10gig Telkom data (the data is non-transferrable and is valid for 30 days, rom the date of allocation) – Varsity Vibe hamper to the value of R 600
The offer is not transferable, for sale or re-sale or redeemable for cash.
The competition starts on 21 March 2022 at 12:01 and ends on 25 March 2022 at 15:00.
Four winners will be selected from the entries – one per day. The winner will be determined by way of a random draw, complying with clause 36 of the consumer protection act.
The prize winner(s) will be notified via Facebook messenger by no later than *26 March 2022. (*this date will change based on the week the competition is running, as per the radio schedule)
We will try contact the winners a maximum of three times within 24 hours of selection before selecting a new winner(s).
Should a prize winner not provide the information needed to co-ordinate getting the prize to the winners within 3 days of the date of notification, the prize will be awarded to the next eligible winner.
The winners’ names and/or photographs will be published in our monthly newsletter, social media and other marketing material unless requested otherwise in writing.
We reserve the right to change the prize(s) without notice to you.
The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
