Varsity Vibe Agent Code of Conduct

 
  1. Purpose
1.1       This Code of Conduct establishes the standards expected of all Varsity Vibe Agents. 1.2       Agents are appointed voluntarily and earn referral‑based payments. 1.3       The primary role of an Agent is to build, protect, and promote the Varsity Vibe brand. 1.4      Any conduct contrary to this purpose will result in immediate termination of services.  
  1. Appointment & Discretion
2.1       Varsity Vibe retains complete discretion in appointing, suspending, or removing Agents. 2.2       Appointment as an Agent is a privilege, not a right. 2.3       Removal may occur without prior notice if Varsity Vibe determines that conduct is harmful to the brand, community, or business.  
  1. Core Values
3.1       Integrity – Agents must act honestly in all communications and representations. 3.2       Respect – Agents must treat fellow Agents, students, and partner brands with dignity. 3.3       Collaboration – Agents must work collectively to grow the Varsity Vibe community. 3.4       Responsibility – Agents must safeguard Varsity Vibe’s reputation in all actions. 3.5       Positivity – Agents must promote Varsity Vibe in a constructive and uplifting manner.  
  1. Agent Responsibilities
4.1       Agents must refer students and youth using official referral codes and links. 4.2       Agents must share Varsity Vibe promotions truthfully and accurately. 4.3      Agents must engage in word‑of‑mouth promotion positively, highlighting Varsity Vibe’s benefits. 4.4       Agents must maintain consistency in participation and uphold brand standards. 4.5       Agents must use official communication channels and respect confidentiality of internal information.  
  1. Prohibited Conduct
5.1       Spreading false, misleading, or damaging information about Varsity Vibe. 5.2       Creating or participating in groups, posts, or accounts that undermine Varsity Vibe. 5.3      Harassment, discrimination, or disrespect toward fellow Agents, students, or partners. 5.4      Misrepresentation of Varsity Vibe’s deals, membership terms, or financial arrangements. 5.5      Unauthorized use of Varsity Vibe’s name, logo, or brand assets. 5.6      Any activity that conflicts with Varsity Vibe’s mission or harms its reputation.  
  1. Social Media & Public Conduct
6.1       Agents must represent Varsity Vibe positively on all platforms. 6.2       Content shared must align with Varsity Vibe’s values and not damage relationships with partner brands. 6.3       Agents must not use fake accounts, anonymous profiles, or coordinated campaigns to disparage Varsity Vibe. 6.4      Posts tagging Varsity Vibe must be respectful and brand‑appropriate.  
  1. Confidentiality
7.1       Internal communications, training materials, and agent group discussions are confidential. 7.2      Sharing screenshots, private messages, or internal strategies outside Varsity Vibe is prohibited.  
  1. Enforcement
8.1       Breach of this Code will result in immediate termination of Agent status. 8.2      Varsity Vibe reserves the right to pursue legal remedies, including defamation claims or interdicts, where conduct causes reputational or commercial harm. 8.3      Decisions regarding enforcement are final and at Varsity Vibe’s sole discretion.  
  1. Acknowledgement
9.1       By participating as a Varsity Vibe Agent, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this Code of Conduct. 9.2      Continued participation is conditional upon compliance with this Code.
